    2

    Eligibility to Use the Platform

The Printerit platform is intended only for individuals and entities legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

    2.1 Minimum Age

Users must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an account or use Printerit services. Any person below this age is prohibited from creating an account, submitting personal information, placing orders, or making payments.

    2.2 Minor Users

Users aged 13 but below the age of majority may use Printerit only under the supervision, authorisation, and responsibility of a parent, guardian, or legally authorised representative, who assumes full responsibility for the minor’s activities.

    2.3 Business and Commercial Users

Businesses, offices, organisations, publishers, corporations, and government bodies (where legally permissible) may use Printerit for lawful purposes. The person creating or operating an account must possess authority to act on behalf of the relevant organisation.

    2.4 Geographic Eligibility

Printerit services are available only within locations and service areas supported by the platform. Service availability may vary depending on delivery coverage, operational capacity, and regulatory requirements. Printerit reserves the right to refuse service in locations outside its operational network.

    2.5 Right to Refuse Eligibility

Printerit reserves the unrestricted right to refuse account creation, reject registration, restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for legal, operational, security, compliance, or business reasons.

    3

    Account Registration and User Information

To access certain features of Printerit — including placing orders, uploading files, tracking deliveries, accessing invoices, and using wallet services — users may be required to create and maintain a valid account.

    3.1 Mandatory Registration Information

During account creation, Printerit may require: Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Delivery Address. Users represent and warrant that all information submitted is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

    3.2 Authentication Methods

Printerit may permit account creation and login through Mobile Number Verification (OTP), Google Account Authentication, or future authentication systems. Printerit reserves the right to add, modify, or replace authentication methods at any time.

    3.3 Account Ownership and Non-Transferability

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users shall not impersonate another person, use false identities, sell, rent, transfer, or share accounts for commercial exploitation. Any attempted transfer or unauthorised sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination.

    3.4 Multiple Accounts

Users shall not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions, abuse promotional offers, manipulate rewards programs, or engage in fraudulent activities. Printerit may merge, suspend, or terminate such accounts.

    3.5 Account Deletion by User

Users may request permanent deletion of their account through available support channels. Requests may be subject to completion of pending orders, settlement of outstanding obligations, and legal retention requirements. Printerit may retain certain information after account deletion where required by law.

    4

    Account Security

The security of user accounts is of fundamental importance. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, OTPs, mobile devices, and authentication information.

    4.1 OTP Security

Users shall not share OTPs with any person, disclose them to delivery personnel, publish them publicly, or store them in insecure locations. Printerit shall not be liable for losses arising from voluntary disclosure of OTPs by users.

    4.2 Prohibited Security Practices

    • Sharing account access with unauthorised persons
    • Attempting to bypass authentication systems
    • Reverse engineering platform security features
    • Using automated tools to compromise accounts
    • Attempting unauthorised access to other accounts

    4.3 Unauthorised Access Reporting

If a user suspects unauthorised access, credential compromise, or suspicious activity, they must immediately notify Printerit through official support channels. Printerit may take measures including temporary account suspension, session termination, and credential reset procedures.

While Printerit employs commercially reasonable security practices, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with internet-based services.
    5

    Addresses, Recipients and Delivery Information

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided to Printerit is accurate, complete, current, serviceable, and accessible — including house numbers, building names, floor details, landmark information, recipient details, contact numbers, and entry instructions.

Printerit shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, misdeliveries, additional expenses, or damages arising from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information provided by users.

    5.1 Third-Party Recipients

Users may place orders for family members, friends, students, employees, or institutions. The user placing the order remains fully responsible for recipient information, delivery instructions, contact details, and authorisation to receive the order. Printerit shall not be liable for disputes between users and recipients.

    5.2 Address Modifications

Address modification requests may be submitted before dispatch and are subject to operational feasibility. Once an order has been dispatched, Printerit may decline such requests or impose additional delivery charges. Saving an address within an account does not guarantee delivery availability to that location.

    6

User Responsibilities, Conduct and Platform Usage

By accessing Printerit, users agree to conduct themselves responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms and generally accepted standards of good faith. Access to the platform is a privilege, not a right.

    6.1 General Obligations

    • Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information at all times
    • Use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate purposes
    • Respect Printerit employees, delivery personnel, partners, and support staff
    • Pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes associated with orders
    • Cooperate with Printerit during investigations, disputes, and verification

    6.2 Prohibited Activities

    • Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity misrepresentation
    • Fake orders, promotional abuse, referral abuse, or wallet manipulation
    • Attempting unauthorised access to platform systems or other accounts
    • Uploading malicious software or interfering with platform operations
    • Reverse engineering, circumventing security controls, or manipulating pricing

    6.3 Respectful Conduct

Printerit maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, harassing, intimidating, or offensive communications directed at its staff, delivery personnel, customer support representatives, or partners.

    6.4 Consequences of Violations

Where Printerit reasonably believes a violation has occurred, it may issue warnings, restrict functionality, suspend services, freeze accounts, cancel orders, remove promotional benefits, recover losses, terminate accounts, deny future access, or pursue legal remedies — with or without prior notice.

    7

    Printing Services

Printerit may provide printing services including Black & White Printing, Colour Printing, Photocopy Services, Binding, Spiral Binding, Lamination, Document Finishing, Stationery Products, Educational Materials, Business Printing, Institutional Printing, and future services introduced by Printerit.

    7.1 Customised Nature of Orders

Users acknowledge that printing services are customised and made-to-order. Once production has commenced, printed materials generally cannot be reused, resold, or returned. Accordingly, printing orders may be subject to stricter cancellation, return, and refund limitations than ordinary retail products.

    7.2 User Responsibility for Specifications

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all selected specifications — including colour or black & white printing, paper size, page range, number of copies, binding options, lamination options, and finishing requirements — before placing an order. Printerit shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect user selections.

    7.3 Print Quality Standards

Printerit shall make commercially reasonable efforts to produce printed output consistent with accepted printing industry standards. Users acknowledge that printing involves variables such as printer characteristics, ink, paper, environmental conditions, and production tolerances. Minor variations shall not automatically constitute defects.

    7.4 Intellectual Property and Printing

Printerit does not independently verify copyright ownership, trademark rights, licensing status, reproduction permissions, or intellectual property compliance. Users warrant that they possess all necessary rights and permissions relating to uploaded content. Any intellectual property dispute remains the sole responsibility of the user.

    8

    File Upload Policy

Users remain fully and solely responsible for every file uploaded through Printerit, including file contents, accuracy, legality, ownership, copyright compliance, quality, and formatting.

    8.1 Supported Formats and Limits

Printerit currently supports PDF (.pdf), JPG (.jpg), and JPEG (.jpeg) formats. The maximum permitted file size is generally 50 MB per uploaded file. Printerit reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

    8.2 Prohibited Uploads

    • Files that violate applicable laws or infringe intellectual property rights
    • Files containing malicious software, viruses, or harmful scripts
    • Files intended to facilitate fraud or endanger platform security

    8.3 Temporary Storage and Deletion

Uploaded files may be temporarily stored for order processing, preview generation, production preparation, and customer support. Printerit may automatically delete files after printing is completed and is not obligated to permanently retain user files. Users are advised to retain their own backups of all uploaded materials.

    8.4 Operational Licence

By uploading content, users grant Printerit a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence solely for receiving, storing, processing, generating previews, producing printed materials, and delivering services. No ownership rights are transferred to Printerit.

    9

File Preview, Order Review and User Approval

Where file preview functionality is available, users shall be provided an opportunity to review their files before final confirmation. By approving a preview and placing an order, users acknowledge that the uploaded file, content, page sequence, print settings, and order specifications are correct.

Printerit does not undertake an obligation to verify accuracy of information, spelling, grammar, formatting, design quality, legal compliance, or factual correctness. Users remain solely responsible for verifying such matters before approval. Printerit shall not be liable for errors approved by the user.

Please review your file carefully before placing your order. Once confirmed, the approved version is treated as the final production version.
    10

Printing Accuracy, Production Standards and Quality

Printerit shall make commercially reasonable efforts to produce output consistent with generally accepted printing industry standards. Users acknowledge that commercial printing involves production tolerances and that absolute perfection cannot be guaranteed. Minor variations shall not automatically constitute defects.

10.1 Colour Reproduction (RGB vs. CMYK)

Digital screens display content using RGB colour systems while printing equipment commonly utilises CMYK. Colours may shift during conversion; bright screen colours may not reproduce identically. Such variations are normal industry phenomena and shall not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, or replacements. Printerit does not guarantee exact colour matching.

    10.2 Production Error Claims

Claims relating to production defects, incorrect output, or printing-related issues attributable to Printerit must be reported on the same day as delivery. Where Printerit determines a genuine production error occurred, it may — at its sole discretion — reprint the order, replace the affected portion, provide a partial refund, provide wallet credit, or offer another commercially reasonable resolution.

    11

Document Authenticity, Legality and User Responsibility

Printerit operates as a technology-enabled printing and delivery service and does not function as a government authority, certifying agency, legal verification service, auditing body, or document authentication provider.

Users remain solely and exclusively responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, legality, ownership, and validity of all documents, files, images, certificates, forms, and materials uploaded through the Printerit platform.

Users shall not use Printerit to create, alter, forge, counterfeit, or unlawfully reproduce government documents, identity documents, official certificates, licenses, permits, official seals, or government-issued credentials. Such conduct may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
    12

    Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights, permissions, authorisations, and licences required to upload, store, reproduce, print, and distribute content through Printerit.

    12.1 Printerit Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the Printerit platform — including software, applications, website content, branding, logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, platform design, databases, and technology infrastructure — remain the exclusive property of Printerit and/or its licensors. Users acquire no ownership rights in such materials.

    12.2 Copyright Complaints

Where Printerit receives a complaint alleging infringement of intellectual property rights, it may suspend processing, reject orders, remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, and cooperate with authorities. Printerit reserves the right to determine the appropriate response.

    12.3 User Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Printerit, Rukhmani Publications, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, successors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or legal proceedings arising from copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unauthorised use of content, licensing violations, or misrepresentation of ownership rights.

    13

    Prohibited Content and Restricted Activities

Users shall not upload, print, distribute, or reproduce through Printerit any content that:

    • Violates applicable laws or court orders
    • Infringes intellectual property rights of any person or entity
    • Constitutes fraud, misrepresentation, or identity fraud
    • Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or harmful scripts
    • Threatens, harasses, or promotes abuse of individuals
    • Facilitates examination fraud or academic dishonesty
    • Involves unlawful reproduction of financial instruments or currency
    • Is intended to disrupt platform systems or exploit infrastructure

Printerit reserves the right to reject or remove such content, cancel orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and report suspected unlawful conduct to law enforcement agencies, government authorities, regulatory authorities, courts, payment providers, and other competent entities.

    14

    Order Placement, Acceptance and Cancellation

    14.1 Formation of Contract

Submission of an order does not automatically create a binding obligation on Printerit. A binding contract arises only when Printerit accepts the order for processing and fulfillment. Printerit may review orders for technical feasibility, file compatibility, payment verification, fraud detection, and compliance concerns before accepting.

14.2 Order Rejection and Cancellation by Printerit

Printerit may reject, suspend, modify, or cancel orders for reasons including unsupported file formats, corrupted files, incomplete information, fraud concerns, compliance concerns, technical issues, security risks, product unavailability, or delivery infeasibility. Printerit shall not be obligated to provide detailed explanations in every case.

    14.3 User Cancellation Rights

Printing services are customised and produced specifically per user instructions. Once production, binding, lamination, packaging, or customisation activities have commenced, orders shall generally become non-cancellable. Change-of-mind cancellations may be refused. Printerit reserves the right to determine eligibility for cancellation.

    14.4 Order Modifications

Modification requests are subject to production status. Once printing or production has commenced, modification requests may be rejected. Address modification requests are accepted only before dispatch; changes after dispatch may attract additional charges. Additional charges may apply for approved modifications.

    15

    Pricing, Fees and Payment

    15.1 Pricing and Dynamic Pricing

All prices are determined by Printerit and may be revised without prior notice. Printerit may utilise dynamic pricing models where charges vary based on order volume, demand levels, time of day, peak periods, delivery demand, resource availability, and business requirements. The same product or service may be offered at different prices at different times.

    15.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Printerit may accept UPI Payments, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, Printerit Wallet (if introduced), Cash on Delivery (where available), and other payment methods introduced in the future. Printerit reserves the right to add, remove, suspend, or modify payment methods at any time.

    15.3 Taxes and Charges

Applicable taxes, duties, levies, cess, convenience fees, and other lawful charges may be added to orders. Users remain responsible for payment of all applicable charges. Unless otherwise specified, all transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

    15.4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is a discretionary service and may not be available for all products, services, locations, order values, or customer categories. Where COD is selected, the user or recipient is obligated to pay the full amount at delivery. Repeated refusal to pay may result in permanent restriction of COD privileges.

    16

    Refunds, Replacements and Returns

Refunds are not automatic and shall only be provided where Printerit determines a refund is appropriate under these Terms, applicable policies, or applicable law. Submission of a complaint or dispute does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

16.1 No Refunds for User Errors

Unless otherwise required by law, Printerit shall generally not provide refunds for issues arising from wrong file uploads, incorrect quantities or specifications, formatting mistakes, typographical errors, change of mind, or accidental orders.

    16.2 Printerit Production Errors

Where Printerit determines a genuine production error has occurred, it may at its sole discretion provide a reprint, replacement, partial refund, full refund, wallet credit, or alternative commercially reasonable resolution. The choice of remedy remains with Printerit.

    16.3 Returns

Printing services, customised products, personalized products, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return once production has commenced or the order has been delivered. Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted for customised products.

    16.4 Limitation of Compensation

Printerit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, academic, business, reputational, emotional, or speculative losses — including missed deadlines, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or commercial losses. To the extent permitted by law, Printerit's liability shall generally be limited to the value of the affected order.

    17

    Delivery Services and Logistics

Printerit may provide delivery services directly, through employees, through independent delivery partners, through third-party logistics providers, or through any other fulfillment model. Delivery services are available only within designated service areas.

    17.1 Delivery Timelines

All delivery times displayed by Printerit are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, operational factors, production requirements, or external events. Unless Printerit expressly guarantees a specific delivery commitment in writing, no displayed timeline is a legally binding guarantee.

    17.2 Recipient Verification and OTP

Printerit may require OTP confirmation, delivery confirmation codes, recipient signatures, digital confirmations, or other verification methods before completing delivery. Successful OTP verification may be treated as evidence of authorised delivery. Users and recipients are responsible for safeguarding OTPs.

    17.3 Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful where the recipient is unavailable, delivery information is inaccurate, payment is refused (COD), or access is denied. Printerit is not obligated to make unlimited delivery attempts. Additional delivery attempts may be subject to additional charges. For customised products, failed delivery due to user or recipient action shall generally not entitle the user to a refund.

    17.4 Risk Transfer

Risk of loss and responsibility for products shall generally transfer upon successful delivery to the user, designated recipient, or authorised representative, or upon completion of OTP verification or signature confirmation.

    18

    Wallet, Credits, Rewards and Promotions

Any wallet, credit, reward, cashback, or promotional balance provided by Printerit is intended solely for use within the Printerit ecosystem and does not constitute a bank account, prepaid payment instrument, deposit account, investment product, or regulated banking service.

    18.1 Wallet and Credit Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law and Printerit's policies, wallet balances are generally non-transferable, non-assignable, non-saleable, not bank deposits, do not earn interest, are not investment products, and generally may not be withdrawn as cash.

    18.2 Promotional Offers and Coupons

Promotional campaigns, coupons, cashback offers, discounts, and referral rewards are discretionary marketing initiatives. They may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, minimum purchase requirements, and product restrictions. Printerit may modify or withdraw any promotional benefit at any time.

    18.3 Fraud Prevention

Printerit may suspend, restrict, investigate, freeze, or terminate wallet access and reverse improperly obtained benefits where it reasonably suspects fraud, promotional abuse, referral abuse, account manipulation, or unauthorised activity.

    19

Printerit Plus Membership and Subscription Plans

Printerit may introduce optional subscription-based programs such as Printerit Plus, Student Membership Plans, Business Plans, and Premium Delivery Plans. Participation is voluntary.

Membership benefits may include reduced delivery charges, free delivery eligibility, priority order processing, priority customer support, exclusive discounts, and cashback opportunities. Monthly, quarterly, or annual fees may apply and shall be disclosed before enrollment.

Printerit reserves the right to add, remove, or modify benefits; suspend or terminate membership services where abuse, fraud, or Terms violations occur; and discontinue programs where commercially necessary. Cancellation of a subscription generally affects future renewals; previously charged fees may be non-refundable.

    20

    Privacy and Data Handling

Printerit may collect name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, billing information, account credentials, device information, location information, uploaded files, transaction records, communication records, and customer support interactions.

Collected information may be used for account management, order fulfillment, payment processing, delivery coordination, customer support, fraud prevention, service improvement, analytics, marketing activities, and legal compliance — in accordance with applicable law.

    20.1 Information Sharing

Printerit may share information with delivery partners, payment processors, technology providers, professional advisors, and government authorities where required by law. Sharing shall be limited to what is reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.

    20.2 Data Retention

Printerit may retain information for periods necessary to fulfill services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Printerit is not a permanent cloud storage provider. Users are advised to maintain their own backups of all uploaded materials.

Printerit may publish a separate Privacy Policy containing additional details regarding data collection, processing, user rights, and security practices. In the event of inconsistency, the more specific privacy document may govern.

    21

    Customer Support and Communications

Printerit may provide customer support through mobile application support, website support portals, email communications, telephone support, WhatsApp support, live chat services, and social media channels. Support availability may vary depending on operational schedules, staffing levels, and service requirements.

Users shall interact with support personnel respectfully. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or fraudulent conduct during support interactions may result in restriction of support access. Printerit may record, monitor, store, or review communications for quality assurance, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

Support personnel are generally not authorised to modify legal terms, waive policies, or make binding commitments beyond their authority. Support communications do not modify these Terms unless expressly authorised in writing by Printerit.

    22

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printerit, Rukhmani Publications, and their directors, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
    • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunity
    • Academic, reputational, or commercial losses
    • Damages arising from user-generated errors, incorrect information, or user negligence
    • Damages arising from third-party systems including payment gateways, logistics providers, or technology services
    • Damages arising from force majeure events beyond Printerit's reasonable control

The Printerit platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Printerit does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, complete security, or absolute accuracy of content. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, statutory rights are preserved.

    23

    Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Printerit, Rukhmani Publications, its owners, directors, employees, partners, contractors, affiliates, successors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, penalties, investigations, legal proceedings, settlements, or judgments arising from:

    • User's use of or access to the Printerit platform
    • User's breach of these Terms or any applicable law
    • Uploaded content including copyright infringement, fraud, or illegal materials
    • User's violation of any third-party rights
    • Inaccurate or misleading information provided by the user

This obligation shall survive termination of the user's account and cessation of use of the platform.

    24

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws.

    24.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Printerit through official support channels. Printerit shall make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve genuine disputes in good faith.

    24.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Printerit platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.

    24.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit, exclude, or modify any rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other mandatory consumer protection legislation. Users retain all statutory rights available to them under applicable law.

    25

    Miscellaneous Provisions

    25.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent court or authority to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or void, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

    25.2 No Waiver

Printerit's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and expressly acknowledged by Printerit.

    25.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Printerit's Privacy Policy and all applicable supplementary policies, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Printerit with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties.

    25.4 No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, agency relationship, franchise, fiduciary duty, or similar legal relationship between Printerit and any user unless expressly agreed in writing.

    25.5 Force Majeure

Printerit shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or disruption in services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, civil disturbances, transportation failures, public health emergencies, utility failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.

25.6 Grievance Redressal (IT Act Compliance)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the rules made thereunder, users may submit grievances, complaints, or concerns to Printerit™'s designated Grievance Officer using the details below. 26.1 No Review of Academic Material

Printerit™ does not review, verify, or evaluate the accuracy, completeness, educational quality, legality, examination relevance, or academic suitability of any books, notes, assignments, question papers, project reports, or other educational material uploaded by users for printing.

Commercial Use, Service Levels and AI Systems

    29.1 Restrictions on Commercial Use

Unless expressly authorised in writing by Printerit™, users shall not utilise the Printerit™ platform for mass reproduction, commercial resale of printed output, large-scale commercial publishing, or any large-scale commercial exploitation of Printerit™'s services that goes beyond the user's own personal, business, or institutional printing requirements.

    29.2 No Service Level Guarantee

Except where expressly and specifically guaranteed in writing for a particular plan or order, Printerit™ does not guarantee platform uptime, response times, production capacity, processing speed, delivery speed, or continuous service availability. Estimated timeframes displayed on the platform are indicative only.

29.3 Automated Systems and Artificial Intelligence

Printerit™ may utilise automated systems, machine learning technologies, artificial intelligence tools, or algorithmic processes for order processing, fraud detection, personalised recommendations, customer support, pricing, and operational optimisation. Outputs generated by such automated systems are provided on an “as is” basis and Printerit™ does not warrant their accuracy in every instance.

    29.4 Business Continuity

Printerit™ reserves the right to discontinue, withdraw, or modify any product, service, feature, membership programme, delivery zone, or business operation at any time, with or without notice, without any liability to users beyond fulfilment of orders already accepted and paid for at the time of such discontinuation.

    Payment Integrity and Wallet Expiry

    30.1 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users shall not initiate fraudulent, false, or bad-faith chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals in respect of an order that has been successfully delivered or otherwise fulfilled in accordance with these Terms. Where a chargeback or payment reversal is found to be unwarranted, Printerit™ reserves the right to recover the disputed amount, applicable collection costs, payment-processor penalties, legal expenses, and administrative fees from the user, and to suspend or terminate the user's account pending resolution.

30.2 Wallet, Credit and Reward Expiry

Promotional credits, cashback, referral bonuses, reward points, and wallet balances issued by Printerit™ may be subject to expiry after periods determined by Printerit™ and communicated at the time of issuance or through the platform. File Storage Limitation and Account Suspension

31.1 Uploaded File Limitation of Liability

Printerit™ shall not be liable for accidental deletion, corruption, loss, unauthorised access, transmission errors, formatting changes, or storage failures affecting files uploaded by users. As stated in Section 20.2, Printerit™ is not a permanent cloud storage provider, and users are solely responsible for retaining independent backup copies of all files prior to and after upload.

    31.2 Suspension Without Notice

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, Printerit™ may immediately suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate a user's access to the platform without prior notice where Printerit™ suspects fraud, security threats, abuse of the platform, payment irregularities, or legal or regulatory risk. Printerit™ shall endeavour to inform the affected user of the action taken and the general reason for it as soon as reasonably practicable.

    32

    Delivery Waiting Time

Delivery personnel may wait at the delivery location for a reasonable period, as determined by Printerit™'s operational policy, to enable the user or recipient to accept the order. Failure of the user or recipient to accept delivery within such reasonable period may result in the order being marked as a failed delivery, cancellation of the order, levy of a re-delivery fee, or, in the case of customised or perishable items, disposal of the product, in accordance with Section 17.3 of these Terms.

    33

    Liability Cap and Dispute Conduct

Without limiting Section 22, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Printerit™, Rukhmani Publications, and their directors, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and representatives arising out of or in connection with a specific order shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount actually paid by the user for that specific order giving rise to the claim.

    33.2 Individual Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, users agree to bring any claim against Printerit™ only in their individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or member of any purported class, representative, or collective action or proceeding.
