    1

    Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who interacts with the Printerit™ platform, including:

    • merchants, printing partners, franchisees and service providers
    • customer-support users
    • any person whose personal data is contained in a document uploaded for printing
Where you upload a document containing another person’s personal data, you confirm that you have the lawful authority or permission required to upload and print that document.

    • prevent fraud
    • comply with law
    • maintain legally required records

Printerit™ may also process information voluntarily provided by you to fulfil the service specifically requested by you.

    6

    Uploaded Printing Files

    6.1 Limited Purpose

Uploaded files are processed only to verify that the file can be printed; generate a print preview or page count; apply your selected print settings; produce, package and deliver the order; troubleshoot print-quality issues; and comply with legal obligations.

    6.2 Human Access

Access to uploaded documents is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers who require access for order fulfilment, print-quality review, technical troubleshooting, customer support, security or legal compliance. Personnel must not copy, photograph, disclose or use documents for personal or unauthorised purposes.

    6.3 Confidentiality

Printerit™ uses reasonable controls to restrict access to print files, secure file transmission, separate customer jobs, clear temporary print queues, protect printed documents during packing and delivery, securely destroy misprints and excess copies, and contractually require confidentiality from relevant print and delivery partners.

6.4 Third-Party Information in Your Files

You must not upload personal data belonging to another person unless you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that the document was lawfully obtained; printing it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright or other rights; the document does not contain illegal content; and you have obtained any consent required from the individuals concerned.

    7

    Location Data

    7.1 Customers

Location information may be used to determine whether Printerit™ serves your area, suggest or confirm a delivery address, calculate distance and delivery charges, assign an appropriate store or delivery partner, provide order tracking, and prevent fraudulent or false deliveries. You may manually enter an address instead of enabling device location, where the feature permits.

    7.2 Delivery Partners

Location may be collected during active availability or delivery to allocate orders, provide navigation, display delivery progress, calculate distance or incentives, confirm pickup and delivery, investigate safety incidents or disputes, and detect location manipulation or fraud.

We do not use customer location to infer sensitive personal characteristics.

    8

    Payments

Payments may be processed by banks, UPI applications, card networks, payment gateways or other authorised payment-service providers.

8.1 What Printerit Does Not Store

Printerit™ generally does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, internet-banking password, card PIN, or payment OTP.

    8.2 What Printerit May Retain

We may receive and retain limited information such as payment status, amount, payment method, transaction reference, refund reference, and payment-provider response. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy policies, security standards and applicable Reserve Bank of India requirements.

    9

    Cookies, Analytics and SDKs

Our app and website may use cookies, pixels, APIs and software-development kits for login and session management; security and fraud detection; crash reporting; analytics; mapping and geolocation; payment processing; OTP and communication; cloud storage; customer support; delivery tracking; and measuring promotional campaigns.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for business analytics. We do not attempt to re-identify properly anonymised information. Where required, non-essential cookies and advertising technologies will be used only after obtaining consent.
